本系列產品設計為單級、單吸、離心式渣漿泵。按結構形式可分為臥式ZJ系列，和立式ZJL系列。臥式泵按出口直徑分為350mm、300mm、250mm、200mm、150mm、100mm、80mm、65mm、50mm、40mm、等多種規格;每種規格口徑的泵根據揚程需要有不同的葉輪直徑供選擇。

該系列渣漿泵在水力設計、結構設計等方面有創新，過流部件采用了自行研制的抗磨蝕的高鉻耐磨合金制造，具有效率高、節能、使用壽命長、重量輕、結構合理、運行可靠、振動小、噪音低、維修方便等顯著特點。

泵體采用雙泵殼結構，方便更換過流部件,根據壓力需要外泵殼采用球磨鑄鐵、內殼采用高鉻抗磨折扣口鑄鐵或鑄鋼。

This series of slurry pump is innovative in hydraulic design, structural design and other aspects. The flow passage parts are made of self-developed high chromium wear-resistant alloy, which is characterized by high efficiency, energy saving, long service life, light weight, reasonable structure, reliable operation, low vibration, low noise and convenient maintenance.

The pump body adopts a double pump casing structure, which is convenient for replacing the flow passage parts. The outer pump casing is made of ball cast iron according to the pressure requirements, and the inner casing is made of high chromium wear-resistant discount cast iron or cast steel.
