FBIC自吸磁力泵是應用現代磁力學原理,利用永磁體的磁力傳動實現扭矩的無接觸傳遞,采用外混式軸向回水結構設計,就是電機帶動外轉子(即外磁鋼)總成旋轉時,通過磁場的作用磁力線穿過隔離套帶動內轉子(即內磁鋼)總成和葉輪同步旋轉,由于介質封閉在靜止的隔離套內,從而達到無泄漏抽送介質的目的,泵體由吸液室、儲液室、蝸殼、回流孔、氣液分離室等組成。泵啟動后在離心力的作用下,吸水室中的剩余液體與進液管路中的空氣被葉輪攪拌成氣水混合物,混合物經蝸殼進入氣液分離室,隨著流速的減慢,導致氣水分離,空氣由泵出液口排出,液經回水孔返回泵內,經過多次循環,進液管道中的空氣被排凈,使泵內形成一定的真空度,達到自吸的作用,解決了機械傳動泵的軸封泄漏,而設計的全密封、無泄漏、無污染、強自吸、有效節能的新型工業用泵。

It adopts the external mixed axial backwater structure design, that is, when the motor drives the outer rotor (i.e., the outer magnetic steel) assembly to rotate, the magnetic force line passes through the isolation sleeve to drive the inner rotor (i.e., the inner magnetic steel) assembly and the impeller to rotate synchronously. Because the medium is enclosed in the static isolation sleeve, The pump body is composed of a liquid suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, a volute, a return hole, a gas-liquid separation chamber, etc. After the pump is started, under the action of centrifugal force, the remaining liquid in the suction chamber and the air in the liquid inlet pipe are stirred by the impeller to form an air-water mixture. The mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the spiral case. As the flow rate slows down, the air-water separation is caused, the air is discharged from the pump outlet, and the liquid returns to the pump through the return hole. After several cycles, the air in the liquid inlet pipe is discharged, so that a certain vacuum degree is formed in the pump, achieving the role of self-priming, It solves the leakage of the shaft seal of the mechanical drive pump. It is a new industrial pump with full sealing, no leakage, no pollution, strong self-priming, and high efficiency and energy saving.
